By completing a reservation, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
1. Reservations & Check-In
Reservations are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon receipt of full or partial payment as specified at the time of booking.
The primary guest must be at least 18 years of age and must present a valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar, Passport, Driving Licence, or Voter ID) at check-in.
Standard check-in time is 12:00 PM (noon). Early check-in is subject to availability and may attract additional charges.
Standard check-out time is 11:00 AM. Late check-out requests must be made at the front desk and are subject to availability and additional charges.
The hotel reserves the right to deny check-in to guests who appear intoxicated, disruptive, or pose a safety risk to other guests or staff.
Unmarried couples are welcome, subject to presenting valid ID as required by local regulations.
2. Payment Terms
We accept payment via cash, credit/debit cards, UPI, and net banking. Accepted cards include Visa, Mastercard, and RuPay.
Room rates are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
A valid credit/debit card or cash deposit may be required at check-in as a security deposit against incidentals. This hold will be released upon satisfactory check-out.
The hotel is not responsible for any bank charges or currency conversion fees charged by your financial institution.
All bills must be settled in full before check-out. Outstanding balances may be charged to the card on file.
3. Guest Conduct & Hotel Policies
Quiet Hours: Guests are expected to maintain reasonable noise levels, particularly between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM, out of respect for fellow guests.
Visitors: Non-registered visitors are not permitted in guest rooms after 10:00 PM without prior approval from the front desk.
Smoking: Hotel Candlewood and Restaurant is a non-smoking property. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas. Designated smoking zones may be available — please ask at reception. Violation may result in a cleaning surcharge.
Pets: Pets are not permitted on the property unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Alcohol: Outside alcohol is not permitted on the premises. Alcohol is available through our licensed bar & restaurant.
Damages: Guests are liable for any damage caused to hotel property, furniture, or equipment during their stay. The cost of repair or replacement will be charged accordingly.
Prohibited Items: Guests may not bring weapons, illegal substances, hazardous materials, or any items that violate Indian law onto the premises.
4. Room Use & Occupancy
Rooms are assigned based on the guest category and occupancy declared at the time of booking. Additional guests beyond the stated occupancy may not be permitted or may attract extra charges.
Rooms are for accommodation purposes only. Commercial or business activities (other than personal remote work) are not permitted without prior written approval.
Tampering with safety equipment (fire alarms, sprinklers, extinguishers) is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate eviction and legal action.
5. Services & Amenities
All advertised amenities (pool, spa, restaurant, gym, etc.) are subject to operational hours, seasonal availability, and maintenance schedules. The hotel reserves the right to temporarily withdraw amenities without prior notice.
In-room services, laundry, and other ancillary services are available at published rates and subject to applicable taxes.
Wi-Fi is complimentary and provided for personal use. The hotel is not responsible for network interruptions, speed variations, or data security while using the hotel's Wi-Fi.
6. Liability
The hotel is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to guests' personal belongings. Guests are advised to use the in-room safe or the front desk safe deposit facility for valuables.
The hotel is not responsible for any personal injury sustained on the premises unless caused by proven negligence of the hotel and its staff.
The hotel's maximum liability in any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by the guest for the booking in question.
The hotel shall not be held liable for any failure to perform its obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control (force majeure), including natural disasters, government orders, strikes, or pandemics.

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the intellectual property of Hotel Candlewood and Restaurant and may not be reproduced without written permission.
